Return Process

  Log into your Amada Diamonds account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely place the jewelry in its original presentation box and include all certificates, warranty cards, and the printed return form inside a padded shipping envelope.

  Ship with Care

  Affix the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location to ensure safe transit back to our studio.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the condition of the returned piece, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
